Bread mixer

I've been using my mixer quite a lot lately! Here is the remains of a loaf of rye bread I made last weekend,

and today I am making cinnamon raisin bread! 
It is rising now, but I will let you know how it turns out!

  1. Do you use caraway seeds in the rye bread?
    Mom was wondering if you have a loaf pan?

  2. I don't like biting into caraway seeds, but the person who wrote the recipe (again, my favorite, smitten kitchen) said she didn't like that either. So instead, the recipe called for ground caraway seeds, which I did use (I ground them in my coffee grinder).     I do have a loaf pan, but I didn't use it. The recipe called for using my pizza stone (which has now cracked twice, but I used the half of it that remains!).
